Called Amir about replacing the custom vertical blinds in one of our offices. We set up a meeting for the next day and I received the quote electronically the same day. The blinds only took two weeks to manufacture. I was notified electronically to accept the install date. Installer came as promised and removed old blinds and had new blinds install within a hour. The office looks so much better.

Great Experience When I first met Kamal, the sales representative/owner, my first impression was that he was friendly and honest. He listened carefully to my needs and thoroughly showed me everything available in his sample books. His patience was greatly appreciated, as I couldn't make a choice immediately. He even graciously made two additional trips to my home: The first trip was when I changed my mind on window treatments for two rooms (before the company ordered any material, phew!). The second trip was for a requested replacement of the newly installed Dynamite Colours window treatment in my son's room. It was entirely my fault, as looking at the small sample, I should have realized that in the grand scheme of things, the colour was not vibrant enough for the surrounding paint colour. Because I had already purchased the product and I had to absorb the cost of my mistake, Kamal, did an incredible job of providing me with a discounted price for the replacement. The new window treatment was ready and installed shortly after--what service! Although I had to pay extra for my design misjudgement, I am so happy with the end result--beautiful upstairs window treatments :) I have already recommended Dynamite Colours to others who are looking to beautify their home. We got estimates from a few places but Dynamite colours won with their prices and advice. Kamal, the owner was very helpful in the entire selection process. During consultation/measurements, he made some good suggestions based on our room size and requirements. It just took 2 weeks to make and the Installers were prompt, accurate and installation was excellent. After the Installation, the mechanism broke on one of the panel track. Not only were they super friendly and understanding over the phone and they sent someone out to fix it and didn't charge me a cent!!. It's the kind of thing that creates loyalty, and I will definitely continue to use Dynamite colours for future window treatments. Great company, excellent service and I highly recommend them.

Exceptional Shutters. We used Dynamite Colours Blinds and Shutters after being recommended to them by the designer we were using to decorate our home. She said they had all the features of the more expensive brands but were way lower in price, and she was right. The shutters ended up turning out okay, with the exception of me having to have them return to make a few adjustments. All in all, I would use them again if I had a reason to, although I doubt that I will, as the prices were good and the quality is great.

The in-store experience was between good and average. When I came in I received some help, but not as much as I had anticipated. The installation experience was excellent. The technician came to do a good sized job. He was putting in the shutters on one of the top floors. He was awesome- friendly too. It was just the one guy but he knew what he was doing. I like that they're very flexible. They will come several times to your property to ensure measurements and assessment are accurate, and they come one more time before you place your order. I really like that, so I've done that several times, and every time measurements are perfect. They really strive to satisfy you and please you. I also love getting custom orders. I've been using them for about eleven years now, so I would recommend their services. They're definitely a reliable company. I also really like that you can have samples come to your home. Although sometimes you really want to see other samples on a bigger scale, so you can go to their location, get a bigger sample, and bring it home to make sure it's the right color. I like the sample size options. Everything always turns out great when I work with Dynamite Colours. If I'm not satisfied, they make sure I am satisfied. I've dealt with both blinds and custom drapery. I've had some drapery, and it didn't come out quite right. It's tricky in the way it sits, so I know when it doesn't come out right. They took it back for me, and shortened it a bit. There's no difficulty with getting what you paid for, they stand by their products and services, and what they promised you
